Break 2.2 application form

This application form only helps us arrange the applications in a systematic manner. We are not stiff bureaucrats and reject the idea of 'incomplete application' - the only thing that counts is quality of the project. However, complete and systematic information on artists and their projects is very helpful when organising such festivals.
